Terms of Use

The rules for using Iňňeli Ýüpek: your account, your balance, buying designs, and what you may do with the files.

Agreement

By creating an account or using the Iňňeli Ýüpek app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

  • You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Use a number that belongs to you.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your sign-in codes with anyone.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.

Balance and payments

  • On Android, you pay for digital designs from your in-app balance. You top up the balance by sending a payment SMS from your phone. Your mobile operator charges you for this. Balance top-ups and digital purchases are not offered in the iOS app.
  • Your balance is updated after our server confirms the payment. This may take a few minutes.
  • Prices are shown in the app before you buy. The amount is deducted from your balance when you confirm the purchase.
  • Your balance can only be used inside the app. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
  • If a top-up does not appear or you were charged by mistake, contact us. Include the phone number you paid from and the date.

Digital designs

When you buy a digital embroidery design, you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to download it and use it on your own embroidery machine. You may sell embroidered items you make with it.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, publish or give away the design files, in their original or modified form.
  • Present the designs as your own work.

Purchased designs stay available in Downloads while your account exists. Because files are delivered immediately, digital purchases cannot be refunded once they have been downloaded, except where the law requires it or the file is faulty and we cannot fix it.

Physical orders

For products that are delivered, we will confirm the order and arrange delivery to the address you give. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or return your payment to your balance.

Acceptable use

  • Do not try to access other people’s accounts or our systems without permission.
  • Do not use the app for fraud, including payment fraud.
  • Do not copy the catalogue or download files automatically.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Ownership

The app, its design, and the embroidery designs in it belong to Iňňeli Ýüpek or to the artists who created them. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Service availability and liability

We work to keep the app available and the files correct, but we provide the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses. This includes thread, fabric or machine time spent on a design. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkmenistan. We will try to resolve any dispute with you directly first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
